(am i gonna be killed by a mcu mafia?)

as the saying goes if you want something done. do it.

h**p://www.mikroe.com/en/tools/easypic5/
provided me the chance to peek on how they made there EasyPIC5 Development Board... and they really made it real DAMN GOOD! i knew this from a stand point that when a user seen the board and understud how the development board he would also know how it works. electronics is not just mere programming but in sync with electronics.

New with mcu's

recently i bought my first PIC 18f64a. yeah... seriously i never touched one. i searched in instructables for a decent programmer only knowing that it is serial port programmable. it just simply means that you don't need a programmer at all! just a cable to connect to the mcu. i was looking to have a pic programmer (pickit2) again knowing that a free ISCP programingwould do. availability wise i can't buy mcu of the dsPIC ones but this should do my job.

it seems that in this world everyone hated flowcode for programming pic mcu's but for a hobbyist point of view. a steep learning curve of C programming seems a little mind boggling for me as for now. with interupts and watch dog timers... i really don't know much about it.

(if it fails... it means that it's only a test)

yes everyone hated flowcode... hehe so what if i could inject C and Assembly anyways!?!

(2nd revision)

i think that we should embrace newer technology that makes us work faster and get the job done in time. rather than thinkering more on the details and making little adjustments. in my point of view we do need to get in to low level programming but for now that i''ll have fun... nah.

Wish list.
